Greetings!
There's probably no good reason I can think up to account for the 'irregular' delivery of what is supposed to be a regular email update, so I'd like to begin this week's update with an apology.
Sorry I've not been in touch recently, it's not you, it's me ....
Things have been crazy busy here recently, what with the amazing Sunshine on Leith (which was enjoyed by almost 8000 people), Tailor of Inverness (more of him in a minute) and then Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat - we've had one of our most successful spring seasons for years. I'd just like to thank you all for your attendance and support, we really do love it when the building is bustling and full of happy people.
We do listen to customer feedback so I'm delighted to be able to report that due to overwhelming demand, we've added some extra shows to the line up.
First up - MORE HOT FLUSH! originally booked for just one performance on 24 April we've now all but sold out, so you'll be pleased to hear we've added an extra performance at 17.00 just in time for you all finishing work! The tickets for this extra performance are priced at a recession-busting £15.00!
Next - MORE RING OF FIRE - there are still a few tickets left for the extra performance of Ring Of Fire on 20 April at 20.00
Next (and last) EVEN MORE TAILOR OF INVERNESS - the recent run of Tailor sold out within weeks, and there really wasn't a seat to be had for any of the four nights, so we've managed to convince the lovely folks from Dogstar Theatre to come back again soon. Good News! There are now 4 extra performances taking place on 7&8 May and 17&18 May. These are likely to sell-out too, so don't hang about, get your tickets NOW!
Phew ... what a lot of stuff, and it feels like I've hardly even started - I haven't even told you about ANNIE THE MUSICAL (20 - 25 July), SHAOLIN WARRIORS (15 May), CROCOSMIA (31 Aug / 01 Sep) or a stack of other things we've just added to the line up.
Stay tuned, keep visiting the website for more info and I promise to email you all again next week!! (honest)
PS - I know the link to download a cinema guide is out of date at the top of this email... I'm waiting on it being mended, but in the meantime if you want to download a cinema guide, just Click Here
Best wishes,

Britten Sinfonia
SUNDAY 22 MARCH / 20.00
One of the most talented (and beautiful) classical musicians ever to visit Inverness will be with us on Sunday evening as part of Eden Court's fantastic Classical Concert Series. We welcome the BRITTEN SINFONIA and special guest violinist Alina Ibragimova. Alina is one of the brightest stars of classical music and is a stable mate of the ever popular Nicola Benedetti. Her performances attract universal praise from even the most particular of reviewers.
"With her supreme technical command and good taste, Ibragimova has nothing to fear... whatever she plays, it’ll be worth hearing." Geoff Brown (The Times)
I've been excited about this concert since we booked it, and I can't wait for Sunday. If you haven't heard of her or (even worse) you've never heard her then you can find out more below

Rhona Cameron
FRIDAY 27 MARCH / 20.00
The second in our line-up of smashingly talented ladies (Alina being the first) ... our OneTouch stage will be graced next week with the presence of one of Scotland's funniest women (and ex-I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here contestant) Rhona Cameron ... Rhona has stepped into the breach left by the cancellation of the Great Australian Drag Show, and although I doubt she'll be in drag, and I know she's not Australian I am absolutely convinced that her unique blend of observational comedy and wry wit will have you laughing into the night. Don't miss her, and find out more about her below

Blake & Natasha Marsh
SUNDAY 29 MARCH
Supremely talented, and exceptionally dishy classical 'boy band' BLAKE, will be hot-footing it to the Highlands next Sunday... They'll be accompanied by a very special guest in the shape of Natasha Marsh. Between them, they've a clutch of awards, have sold millions of albums, and are some of the hottest properties on the the classical pop scene. This unique concert will see these brilliant talents perform together, and separately. It's likely to be an experience not to be missed. Again, you can find out more below

Women on the Verge of HRT
MONDAY 6 - SATURDAY 11 APRIL
Now, don't take this the wrong way, but I think this show will appeal to many of you who read this email. It's a hilarious, yet touching story of two friends the 'wrong' side of 40 who embark upon a journey of self-discovery while on a trip to Donegal to see the undisputed king of Irish music, Daniel O'Donnell... Women on the Verge stars Janet Dibley (Eastenders, Band of Gold, Fat Friends) and Louise Jameson (Eastenders, Bergerac, River City) and is the perfect anti-dote to credit crunch misery! We'll be putting on some special HRT Cocktails, and there'll be canapes too! Get a bunch of pals together and come on down for a great night out...
